1 YEAR – LIMITED COMPONENT WARRANTY
One Year Limited Warranty:
SETSOLAR makes every effort to assure that it's products meet high quality and durability standards. SETSOLAR warrants the components to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal application, use and installation.
Service conditions apply for twelve (12) months from date of sale to the original user / purchaser. Should the component become inoperable due to a defect in workmanship or material during the twelve (12) month period of this warranty, SETSOLAR will at its option repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the component only. This warranty shall apply whilst the original user / purchaser owns the product.
The Warranty does not include:
If in SETSOLAR’s sole judgment, a component has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident; or been damaged through abuse, alteration, improper installation or application; or negligence in use, handling or storage; or repaired by anyone other than SETSOLAR; this warranty will not be applicable. The warranty does not include any transportation costs for return of products; or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced components; or costs associated with removal, installation or reinstallation of the products.
Limitations of the Warranty:
Damage to persons or property, or any other loss or injury resulting from a defect in the components or from improper installation or usage, shall not be the responsibility of SETSOLAR.
SETSOLAR will not under any circumstances be liablefor any incidental or consequential damage. Any warranties including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which may be implied by law, are limited in duration to the twelve (12) months after date of sale to the original user /purchaser.
This warranty is the maximum extent of SETSOLAR’s liability, in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, and is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Components installed in corrosive or maritime environments are excluded from this warranty.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to SETSOLAR with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election; or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement.
Severability:
Should a particular part of the above terms and conditions be held invalid, void or unenforceable due to any national or international legislation, it shall not affect other parts of the remaining terms and conditions set out in this Warranty.
